IIF Employee Handbook 2012
Due to recent changes in IIF’s policies, our employee handbook has been updated. Every IIF employees is responsible for reading the entire handbook. Once you have read through the handbook you are required to sign and return the receipt found on page 46.
Please fax your signed receipt to 703-485-3062 or email it to hr@iifdata.com.

IIF Employee a Hero!
IIF employee, Chris Willden, who works on our ESGR contract in Utah is being hailed as a hero! Most of you probably saw a story on the news about a dad who’s car slid into a creek with three children in the back. And that local good samaritans came and rescued the kids. It seems that the first one on the scene was our own Chris Willden! Check out the following link to read more about his heroic efforts and see him on the Today Show! Way to go Chris!
401(k) Plan News – 2012
IIF is pleased to announce some exciting changes to our 401(k) plan!
-New Funds - Effective immediately 33 additional investment election options have been added to the plan. Attached you will find a complete listing of the funds that are now available through our plan. If you would like to change your current investment elections you may do so by completing the attached enrollment form and returning it to Laura Steen (laura.steen@iifdata.com) or by logging into your online Oppenheimer account (registration instructions are attached) and submitting a change request.
-Deferral Limit Increased – The maximum amount that the IRS allows a participant to defer will be increased to $17,000.00 for the 2012 plan year. Catch-up contributions for participants age 50 and over will remain the same ($5,500.00). If you wish to increase your current deferral amount you may do so by completing the attached enrollment form and returning it to Laura Steen (laura.steen@iifdata.com) or by logging into your online Oppenheimer account (registration instructions are attached) and submitting a change request.
-Enrollment Meetings – Beginning in January IIF will hold monthly 401(k) enrollment meetings. These will be online meetings hosted by our Financial Advisors; Bob Taylor and Greg Taylor. Bob and Greg will review basic plan information to help employees have a better understanding of the benefit being offered. They will also be available to answer questions that you may have regarding the plan. More information on these meetings (to include dates, times and “how to” instructions) will be sent out in early January.
