Founded in 1998, IIF provides experientially-based full life-cycle COMSEC Account planning, operations, maintenance, and training. IIF is an approved provider of the Standardized Communications Security (COMSEC Custodian Course – SCCC) Satellite Course.

The IIF COMSEC Operations Team is comprised of experienced professionals, each possessing subject matter expertise and years of experience in COMSEC Account planning, operations, maintenance, and training.

The IIF professionals are nationally recognized leaders in COMSEC Account operations and training. Led by Mr. Tobe Fulford, our COMSEC Team has years of experience of operating accounts, teaching every available COMSEC related course, and a record of account excellence.

COMSEC Training:

IIF offers full spectrum COMSEC account training to any organization owning a recognized DoD or NSA COMSEC account, hand-receipts COMSEC equipment or handles Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) materials. Additionally, orientation and familiarization training is available for commanders and supervisors of personnel overseeing COMSEC accounts and equipment.

Consulting and Technical Assistance:

Inspection Preparation: IIF provides premier consulting services to evaluate, remedy, and prepare COMSEC accounts for Army Audits and Command Inspections. This includes evaluation, performing corrective actions, documenting results, and training custodians. Our past performance guarantees that accounts pass the inspection or audit. Additionally, we can perform COMSEC facility physical security evaluations for both planning and inspection purposes.

Policy Writing: Our experienced staff has been involved with developing, writing, updating, and training COMSEC policy for the US Army and subordinate units. We can assist in developing unit/organization COMSEC implementation policy and directives.
