IIF Data Solutions, Inc. provides professional staffing resources to Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) in support of the Family and Employer Policy and Programs (FEPP). The company also supports the National Guard Bureau with Program Support Specialists in seven states.

ESGR is a Department of Defense organization responsible for building and maintaining the support of America’s employers for the men and women serving in the National Guard and Reserve; and, assisting the National Guard and Reserve Components’ reintegration of their service members with employers, families and communities upon return from active military service through the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP).

Under FEPP, and the National Guard Bureau’s program, IIF Data Solutions’ employees provide valuable services and resources the members of the National Guard and Reserves and their employers through the 54 ESGR Committees in the United States and U.S. Territories.
