Past Performance
In direct support for the Army National Guard (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) using the Full Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS) IIF has:
- Built a series of management tools to allow National Guard Bureau Program Managers to coordinate the execution of manpower and budget with the 54 States, Territories and the District of Columbia for the entire Active Guard Reserve (AGR), Military Technician and Counterdrug programs.
- Integrated data from numerous Army and DoD pay and personnel systems to:
- Identity errors between military personnel and pay systems saving over $14.4M dollars in the ARNG Active Guard Reserve (AGR) program in one year alone
- More accurate accounting of AGR, Military Technicians and Active Duty Operational Support (ADOS) soldiers for NGB and the Army.
- Provide visibility of data that is not attainable via any single data source.
- Created a three phased feasibility study of the National Guard Counterdrug program to document business processes and provide a more integrated solution.
- Implemented the recommendations of the feasibility study to assist the Counterdrug program in:
- Justifying additional resources to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)
- Combining multiple disconnected legacy Counterdrug systems into a single system.
- Implemented the recommendations of the feasibility study to assist the Counterdrug program in:
- Developed an integrated, Common Access Card (CAC) authentication, DoD Information Assurance and Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) certified, web application to track many FTS Programs for the ARNG and ANG.

Since 1998 IIF has integrated many commercial and government IT systems to provide more accurate and robust views of data. Many organizations have multiple systems with integration of data the only way to provide a clear, accurate picture for decision makers to be informed. IIF understands this and has extensive experience building IT solutions to bridge the gap between disparate and disconnected systems in a seamless way.
