Employee Benefits
IIF Data Solutions takes pride in its wide range of employee benefits available to employees in benefit-eligible positions. As IIF continues to grow, these plans are continually reviewed and enhance. Some of our benefits include:
Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
IIF offers comprehensive group medical insurance through Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield as well as dental and vision insurance plans through Guardian, with IIF contributing at least 60% of the associated premium(s).
Premium Only Plan
IIF employees who participate in the health plans may elect to have their premium payroll deductions pre-tax.
Flexible Spending Accounts
IIF offers benefit-eligible employees an opportunity to contribute to tax deferred flexible spending accounts. IIF’s Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) is available to use for designated healthcare expenses; employees can contribute up to the maximum of $1,200. The Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA) is available up to a maximum of $5,000 for approved dependent care expenses.
Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
After completion of 90 days of service, eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the company’s Life, AD&D, STD and LTD insurance plans. All four plans are 100% company paid.
401(k) Retirement Plan
All employees, upon completion of 90 days of service, are able to participate in IIF’s 401(k) Retirement Plan. The plan offers a wide variety of investment options and employees may make contributions into the plan up to the annual IRS limit. Employees may also elect to have these deductions pre-tax or post-tax (Roth). IIF will match an employee’s first 3% contribution at 100% and the following 4-5% at 50%. IIF’s Retirement plan also accepts rollover contributions from other qualified plans such as from a former employer’s plan.
Time Off
IIF Data Solutions offers Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Bereavement Leave, Jury Duty Leave as well as Company-Paid Holidays and a variety of Leaves of Absence.
Educational Assistance
IIF encourages its employees to be successful through continuing education. In support of these pursuits, IIF will assist employees by providing tuition reimbursement for the successful completion of certain job-related, pre-approved coursework.
Pre-Paid Legal Services Plan
Employees may purchase a discounted membership and services with Pre-Paid Legal Services. The low monthly membership fees may be paid through payroll deductions.
Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)
IIF Data provides all employees access to a confidential Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) that employees can access to receive support services in a wide range of issues such as care giving, parenting, relocation, financial and legal advice.
Employee Referral Bonus
Certain positions at IIF are eligible for the Referral Bonus Program. Current employees, who refer a qualified candidate (following the Bonus Program procedures) who is subsequently hired into an eligible position and successfully completes 90 days of service, will receive a $500 bonus.
