Junior Analyst
Location: Centreville, VA

Position Description:
The individual will serve as a management analyst with responsibilities for one or more of the following functions, and participation in others, including Operational Improvements (OIs), Manpower Surveys, Manpower Staffing Standards Studies (MS-3), Utilization Surveys, and Management Advisory Services (MAS), Efficiency and Functional Reviews (ERs/FRs). The analyst will perform both single and multi-location studies of designated United States Government (USG) and Private sector Full Time Support (FTS) resources across organizational lines, states, territories, and the District of Columbia. Duties require a comprehensive knowledge of a variety of techniques for fact-finding, data collection, and analysis.
Other duties of the Junior Analyst may include:
- Conduct a variety of research and other assigned projects and recommending changes for management consideration; identify problem areas in service delivery and formulates recommendations for improvements
- Assist management by constructing sensitive documents and correspondence, producing special reports, and serving as a liaison for internal and external issues, participating in task forces and special issue meetings and coordinating various projects
- Research, learn and apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work product.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, General Engineering, Business and or related disciplines or the equivalent experience.
- Demonstrates keen analytical ability.
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
- Understands how to operate as a team member or part of a team; must be able to adjust to group dynamics.
- Knowledge of personal computer use and related software for analysis of data and preparation of reports and presentations
- Incumbent can expect to travel up to 60%. Most travel will be within CONUS. Analyst is required to maintain a security clearance and a valid U.S. Passport (if not already on hand).
RCCC – Help Desk Specialist
Location: Centreville, VA

Position Description:
Under the direct supervision of the respective Help Desk Manager, support the implementation of the RCCC program for personnel transitioning from active duty, thru counseling, coordination with individuals and agencies as required; ensuring individuals are provided information, administrative functions/services, manage delivery of services to individuals engaged in transition on their eligibility and transition to ARNG with appropriate counseling in accordance with ARNG, DA and DoD guidance and NGB policies.
Other duties include:
- Implement the program and functions of the RCCC program at the user/individual level.
- Act as the "customer service agent" for all inquiries on eligibility, program opportunities and individual verifications from various activities.
- Monitor, validate, and process requests for assignment to ARNG vacancies.
- Monitor and maintain toll free 800 numbers.
- Maintain web based application which tracks work accomplished for customer services provided.
- Determine eligibility and status through research, coordination, and analysis or personnel records.
- Counsel and in-process soldiers for transition to the ARNG.
- Travel to conduct presentations/unit briefings and attend periodic training or conferences as requested.
- Conduct briefings and presentations as required.
- Assist in development and implementation of changes to meet program demands in the future the future as required.
- Gather and analyze data, submit reports related to the program as required
Education Requirements:
An Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university and either 2 years experience IST/RCT or recruiting/retention programs or four years experience in managing Army National Guard programs similar in scope and requirements that may be viable substitutes for formal education.
Recruiter

Position Description:
The HR Assistant/Recruiter is responsible for providing staffing services and working with candidates with a wide range of skills from various regions in the U.S. This position provides complex and confidential support to the HR Department to ensure Human Resources operations flow smoothly and to enhance company productivity.
Other duties include:
- Manage recruiting efforts for open positions, reviewing incoming resumes,conducting employment interviews, coordinating candidate interviews with clients or Program Mangers, and ensuring positions are filled with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Build and maintain an effective pipeline of key talent, potentially available for immediate hire.
- Use a variety of recruitment sources: job boards, referrals, etc. to source candidates.
- Work closely with Program Managers to ascertain current and future staffing needs.

Usability Engineer

Must have experience in computer-human interaction modeling, computer-human interaction test and evaluation, and statistical methods necessary to define, analyze, and report upon usability experiments.
- Must produce usability objectives for each task, and define processes to ensure that these objectives are met.
- A Usability Engineer will be designated as a Key Person; must have 5-7 years of experience in usability engineering
- Master’s Degrees in Systems Engineering, Psychology, Statistics, Human Factors Engineering, or Human Computer interaction.
Senior Programmer
Location: Fairfax, VA (Tysons Corner)

Position Description/Requirements:
- Design, program, and document both batch jobs and interactive programs for report generation, utility usage, data base management system interface, editing, file maintenance, and real-time operation requirements.
- Must have the capability to perform testing using prepared and live data to produce predicted results.
- Experience in the development of technical documentation.
- Be able to define, document, and implement software changes for maintenance or enhancements
- Skilled in the use of operating system tools, compilers, and computer language support software (e.g. class libraries, visual programming environments); must be able to work in each of the system environments.
- Superior analytical, problem solving, and communications skills and must be able to coordinate and direct the efforts of other applications programmers.
- Senior computer programmers skilled in use of static and dynamic software testing tools and must possess testing heuristic rules gained from testing experience. Must also produce software project plans for the correction of faults.
- Senior Programmers must have 7 -9 years of experience in the software tools used in the Strength Management Systems as software tools to be used during the redesign and maintenance of redesigned Strength Management Systems.

Mid Programmer

- Provides technical support for software development and integration efforts.
- Performs in a variety of technical areas including systems requirements analysis, data analysis and engineering, systems design, systems development, computer programming, systems testing and deployment, quality assurance, configuration management, and systems documentation.
