ESGR

IIF Data Solutions, Inc. is contracted to provide support to Employer Support to the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).  IIF has over 60 staff members located in 40 states.  Their primary mission is to assist the State Field Committee Chairman and the volunteer committee members by providing day to day continuity for their programs and initiatives.

This successful program demonstrates IIF's ability to staff and manage a program where employees are geographically separated, but centrally managed.  IIF provides a Program Manager who oversees the operation and serves as the central point of contact for the clients.  The program manager maintains daily communication with the staff, monitoring activities, defining mission objectives, assisting with training/skill enhancement, tracking performance, and providing general support services.
