ESGR

IIF Data Solutions, Inc. is contracted by the National Guard Bureau (NGB) to provide support to soldiers, families, and employers via the ESGR program. IIF has more than 18 ESGR staff members located in 17 states. Their primary mission is to assist the State J-1 s with the management, oversight, guidance, and support to the State ESGR Committee Programs, providing day-to-day continuity for programs and initiatives.

This successful program demonstrates IIF's ability to staff and manage a program where employees are geographically separated, but centrally managed. IIF provides a Program Manager who oversees the operation and serves as a central point of contact for NGB. The Program Manager maintains daily communications with the staff, monitoring activity, defining mission objectives, assisting with training/skill enhancement, tracking performance, and providing general support services. The Program Manager is assisted by a Project Manager who is based at IIF Headquarters. The Project Manager provides assistance with travel, time accounting, and preparing reports for NGB. To further reduce the challenges of geographic separation, IIF has developed an ESGR staff intranet. This site provides a forum for communication where staff can share successes, challenges, best practices, job resources, and training materials.
