Reserve Component Career Counselors (RCCC)

IIF provides program management and professional staffing of the Army National Guard/Human Resources Command Reserve Component Career Counselor (RCCC) and Help Desk Services Program. The scope of this effort is to provide program management and professional, 4R trained contract Reserve Component Career Counselors (RCCCs) at selected U.S. Army Installations throughout the U.S. to provide eligible soldiers counseling on the benefits of continued service within the reserve components and to enlist prior service Soldiers into the Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve. In addition, IIF manages and administers a state of the art Help Desk operation that coordinates and facilitates the transition and assignment of prior active duty Soldiers to the ARNG and USAR which has significantly reduced the "no-show" rate.

We currently provide 44 Contractor Reserve Component Career Counselors stationed at 16 active Army Installations and manage and administer Help Desk Services to manage, coordinate, track and assist prior service active duty personnel transitioning to unit assignments in Army National Guard and USAR.
