Recruiting & Retention

IIF Data Solutions provides functional manpower support, program management, and training by a subject matter expert for the SC ARNG Recruiting and Retention Division. IIF services have been retained to help increase recruiting and retention performance in the State. This will be accomplished by supplementing the current Recruiting and Retention workforce with additional manpower, performing specialized support tasks, and delivering proven performance enhancement training. Specific positions that IIF is providing include: NCOIC Operations Support Specialist, Educational Support Specialist, and Senior Operations Support Specialist.
